1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of the CarphaCom platform operated by Qubit Page SRL, a company registered in Romania, EU. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Account & subscriptions
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from the admin panel.
3. Your data
All store data — products, customers, orders, media — remains your exclusive property. CarphaCom processes data only as required to operate your store. Data is hosted on European bare-metal infrastructure and never shared with third-country processors.
4. Payments & refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by EU consumer protection law. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayU under their own terms; CarphaCom does not store card details.
5. Marketplace
Plugins and templates published on the CarphaCom marketplace are governed by the publisher's own license. CarphaCom acts as an intermediary and is not liable for third-party plugin behaviour beyond our security audit baseline.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarphaCom and Qubit Page SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at 12 months of subscription fees paid.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, without prejudice to mandatory EU consumer protection rules.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and via your admin panel at least 30 days before they take effect.
