1. Seller
The carphacom.com online store is operated by CarphaCom SRL (CUI 40434483, Romanian Trade Register J33/146/2019).

2. Definitions
"Site" means carphacom.com. "Buyer" means any natural person 18+ or legal entity placing an order. "Order" means a purchase request confirmed electronically. "Contract" means the distance contract between the Seller and Buyer (OUG 34/2014).
3. Subject of the Contract
The Seller sells software licenses, marketplace extensions, accessories and electronic components listed on the Site. Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your region; VAT is applied per applicable law.
4. Order & Payment
Orders are placed via the Site shopping cart. Payment is processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1) or by bank transfer for B2B. The contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order by email.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically (license key + invoice) within minutes of payment confirmation. Physical products are shipped per the Shipping Information page.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unactivated digital licenses, per OUG 34/2014 art. 9. Custom or activated licenses are non-refundable. See the Return Policy for the full procedure.
7. Warranty
All software products carry a 12-month warranty covering critical functional defects, per the Warranty page.
8. Personal Data (GDPR)
The Seller processes personal data per the Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent personal data.
9. Liability
The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the Order. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages. Force majeure events suspend contract obligations.
10. Disputes
Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent Romanian courts at the Seller's registered office. EU consumers may also use the EU ODR platform.
